Douglas Stewart - New President of ANZAAB, The Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers
At the Annual General Meeting of ANZAAB on 13 July 2019, Dr. Jonathan Burdon who steered the ship for the last four years, stepped down and announced the appointment of Douglas Stewart as new president of the association.
Douglas Stewart Fine Books Pty. Ltd. is an antiquarian bookseller based in Melbourne, Australia. Douglas is widely known on the international circuit as regular exhibitor at international book fairs, highly respected by customers and his colleagues.
Douglas has traded in antiquarian books since 1995 and has been a board member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers (ANZAAB) for many years. He is also a Mentor for the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers.

The ILAB Committee and all presidents of ILAB's member associations will meet in September 2019 at the annual Presidents' Meeting which will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia.
