Day 5 - On the final day of the ILAB Congress, the Hungarian Academy of Sciences open its doors to the members of the League.

Welcomed by the deputy director of the library, Ms Dora Gaalne Kalydy, visitors then listened to various speeches on the history of the first printing press in Turkey, set up by a Hungarian convert; the history of Hungarian travellers and their works and the world famous Kaufmann Collection of Hebraica.

A morning in the library was followed by a river cruise - what a wonderful way to prepare everyone for the opening of the first ILAB International Antiquarian Book Fair ever held in Hungary tonight at 6 pm at the Vigadó Concert Hall.
